Picture to Drawing - This will turn any photo into a very believable "drawing" that create using traditional mediums. Take your layer, hit CTRL+J to copy it, then CTRL+SHIFT+U to de-saturate it. Now copy the de-saturated layer CTRL+J again. Now hit CTRL+I to invert your top layer. From there change the layer from normal to color dodge or linear dodge. Now you should have an all white layer. Go to filters, select Blur then apply a Gaussian Blur, setting, set anywhere between 10 and 20. Now here's where I take a pro trick and as a traditional artist make it better! Select your second layer, the de-saturated one, and apply a smart blur! This will soften up some of those harder lines and make it look even more like a drawing. Now don't worry much about it causing the overall image to look too light. From here you just adjust levels settings to darken it to level you like.
