These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a binding legal agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “user”) and DigitalCoding (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms govern your access to and use of:

  • our website digitalcoding.com
  • all associated Services (online utilities, analysis tools, AI tools)
  • any software made available for download (“Software”)
  • related professional offerings (collectively, “Services”)

By accessing, using, downloading, copying, installing, or interacting with our Services in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use our Services.


1.1 Age Requirement. You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (typically 18 years old) and have legal capacity to agree to these Terms. If you are under the age of majority, you may use our Services only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

1.2 Binding Contract. This document is a legally enforceable contract. Using the Services signifies your acceptance of these Terms. You should stop using the Services immediately if you do not agree.


2. License Grant & Restrictions

2.1 Software License. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use our Software for personal, non-commercial purposes only unless a separate commercial license is granted.

2.2 Restrictions. You agree not to:

  • decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive source code

  • use the Software to violate any laws or third-party rights
  • use automation, scraping, or mass-download techniques that negatively impact this or other services

3. Acceptable Use & Compliance

3.1 Lawful Use Only. You must use the Services in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Software does not violate any third-party terms of service (e.g., video platform terms) or copyright law.

3.2 Copyright Respect & DMCA Policy. You agree that:

  • you must have the legal right to download or reproduce any content you process with the Software
  • you will not use the Services to infringe on copyrights or other intellectual property
  • you will abide by all applicable content licensing terms

We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same. In the event of a copyright dispute, you agree to cooperate with us and any rights holders. A separate DMCA/copyright complaint process may be provided upon request.

3.3 Security & Network Abuse. You agree not to use the Software or Services for hacking, penetration, unauthorized access, or other malicious activities.


4. AI Tools, Online Utilities & Analysis Tools

Our Site may include AI-powered tools, automation engines, code generators, analytical models, and online utility tools (“AI Tools” and “Utilities”).

4.1 AI Output Is Not Guaranteed to Be Accurate. AI-generated content may be:

  • incorrect, incomplete, or outdated
  • non-functional or suboptimal
  • biased, unpredictable, or inconsistent
  • not aligned with best practices
  • not secure or production-ready

DigitalCoding does not guarantee the correctness, accuracy, or suitability of any AI-generated content.

4.2 No Professional Advice. AI output from our Services does not constitute:

  • legal advice
  • financial advice
  • medical advice
  • engineering certifications
  • security or compliance guarantees

All AI content is for informational purposes only.

4.3 User Responsibility for Review & Testing. You are solely responsible for:

  • reviewing, verifying, and modifying AI-generated content
  • testing code or automation outputs before using them
  • ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and security standards

DigitalCoding is not responsible for decisions or actions based on AI output.

4.4 Online Analysis & Utility Tools. In addition to AI-powered features, our Site offers online analysis and utility tools including but not limited to:

  • SSL Certificate Analyzers
  • Security Headers Analyzers
  • DNS and domain diagnostic tools
  • Code formatters (JSON, XML, CSS, SQL, HTML, JavaScript)
  • Encoding/decoding utilities (Base64, URL encoding)
  • Favicon generators
  • Web performance analyzers

These tools are provided for informational and convenience purposes only. Results from these tools:

  • may not reflect real-time conditions
  • should be independently verified before making decisions
  • do not constitute professional security audits or certifications
  • are subject to the same “AS-IS” disclaimers as other Services

You are responsible for validating all tool outputs before relying on them for business, security, or compliance decisions.

4.5 Prohibited Use of AI Tools. You may not use AI features for:

  • generating malware or harmful automations
  • illegal or unethical activities
  • misleading, fraudulent, or harmful output
  • attacks on systems, networks, or data

We may suspend access for any misuse.

4.6 Data Usage. If you use AI or automation tools:

DigitalCoding does not store or retain private user data beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.


5. Software & Services “AS-IS” Disclaimers

5.1 No Warranty. All Software and Services are provided “AS-IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” and WITHOUT WARRANTY of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, performance, security, and non-infringement.

5.2 No Guarantee of Results. You understand that:

  • the Software may contain bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities
  • results may vary, be inaccurate, incomplete, insecure, or otherwise flawed
  • DigitalCoding does not guarantee that the Services will meet your needs

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigitalCoding (and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and licensors) shall not be liable for:

  • any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages
  • loss of data, profits, revenue, business, use, or goodwill
  • damages arising from your use or inability to use the Services
  • damages from unauthorized access or third-party actions not controlled by us

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to discontinue use.


7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DigitalCoding and its representatives from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from:

  • your violation of these Terms
  • your misuse of the Software or Services
  • your infringement of any third-party rights, including copyrights

8. Termination, Suspension & Updates

We may, at our discretion, suspend or terminate your access to any part of the Services at any time without notice for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will immediately cease. You must delete and discontinue use of all Software and tools.


9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, images, code samples, downloadable files, logos, and branding, is owned by DigitalCoding or licensed to us.

You may not:

  • copy, redistribute, or resell any content
  • reverse-engineer or decompile software
  • claim ownership of our code, software, or AI output
  • use our materials for competitive or commercial purposes without permission

Limited usage rights may be granted through specific licenses or documentation.


Our Site may include links to third-party websites or tools. DigitalCoding:

  • does not control these third-party services
  • is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, reliability, or performance

Accessing external sites is at your own risk.


11. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy. We recommend reviewing it to understand how your data is collected, used, and protected.


12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When changes occur, the “Last Updated” date will be modified. Continued use of the Site or Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Broward County, Florida.


14. Professional Consulting Services

DigitalCoding may offer professional consulting, development, and advisory services (“Consulting Services”). If you engage us for Consulting Services, the following terms apply in addition to these general Terms:

14.1 Scope of Services

All Consulting Services will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (“SOW”), proposal, or written agreement. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees will be specified in that document. In case of conflict between these Terms and a signed SOW, the SOW shall prevail for that engagement.

14.2 Engagement & Payment

  • Consulting Services require a written agreement or accepted proposal before work begins
  • Payment terms, rates, and schedules will be specified in the applicable agreement
  • Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt
  • We reserve the right to pause or terminate work for non-payment

14.3 Deliverables & Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in writing:

  • Upon full payment, you receive a license to use deliverables for your intended business purpose
  • DigitalCoding retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, and methodologies
  • Generic, reusable components developed during an engagement remain DigitalCoding’s property
  • Custom work product specific to your project transfers to you upon full payment

14.4 Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during an engagement. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Business strategies and plans
  • Technical architecture and source code
  • Customer data and business metrics
  • Pricing and financial information

Confidentiality obligations survive termination of the engagement for a period of two (2) years.

14.5 No Guarantee of Results

Consulting Services are provided on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee:

  • Specific business outcomes, revenue, or performance improvements
  • That recommendations will achieve desired results
  • Compatibility with all systems or third-party services
  • Resolution of issues outside the defined scope

Results depend on many factors beyond our control, including your implementation, market conditions, and third-party dependencies.

14.6 Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide timely access to necessary information, systems, and personnel
  • Make decisions and provide feedback within reasonable timeframes
  • Ensure you have rights to share any data or materials provided to us
  • Comply with all applicable laws regarding your use of deliverables

Delays caused by client unavailability may affect timelines and costs.

14.7 Limitation of Liability for Consulting

Our liability for Consulting Services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
  • Lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Damages arising from your implementation decisions
  • Issues caused by third-party services or your systems

14.8 Termination

Either party may terminate a consulting engagement:

  • With 14 days written notice for convenience
  • Immediately for material breach that remains uncured after 7 days notice
  • Immediately for non-payment exceeding 30 days

Upon termination, you will pay for all work completed and expenses incurred up to the termination date.
